HIIT Kick Fundamentals

HIIT & KICK FUNDAMENTALS CLASS

The Fundamentals class introduces students to the structure and flow of HIIT & Kick Boxercise training. Emphasis is placed on proper movement mechanics, safe striking technique, and controlled intensity. Students learn basic punches, kicks, and pad combinations alongside foundational HIIT movements such as squats, lunges, push-ups, and core exercises.

Each session begins with a dynamic warm-up and mobility work, followed by timed work-and-rest intervals that alternate between conditioning drills and pad rounds. This format allows students to build confidence, improve conditioning, and train safely at their own pace.

HIIT Kick Advanced Training

HIIT & KICK INTERMEDIATE & ADVANCED CLASS

The Intermediate & Advanced class increases intensity with longer work intervals, faster transitions, and more complex striking combinations. Pad drills incorporate movement, footwork, and reaction-based exercises, while conditioning rounds challenge strength, power, and endurance through advanced calisthenics and explosive movements.

All workouts are scalable, allowing students to push personal limits while maintaining strong technique under fatigue. The focus is on performance, consistency, and leaving each class energized and accomplished.
