JKD FUNDAMENTALS CLASS
For beginners, our Fundamentals Class focuses on the core principles of Jeet Kune Do, allowing students to build a strong foundation. We emphasize proper stance, footwork, striking, and defensive techniques, all while fostering a controlled, pressure-free learning environment. The class includes:
- Warm-up & Conditioning – Mobility, strength training, and reflex drills
- Fundamental Techniques – Basic punches, kicks, and defensive movements
- Controlled Drills – Partner drills focusing on timing and accuracy
- Self-Defense Application – Practical scenarios and counter-attacks

JKD INTERMEDIATE & ADVANCED CLASS
Once students have developed a solid grasp of the fundamentals, they progress into our Intermediate and Advanced Classes. These sessions integrate deeper JKD concepts such as trapping, counter-striking, and close-quarters combat, with live drills and sparring to test adaptability in real-time. The training includes:
