MUAY THAI FUNDAMENTALS CLASS

For beginners, stepping into a martial arts gym can be intimidating. Our fundamentals class is designed to introduce students to the essential techniques of Muay Thai in a structured and controlled environment. The focus is on drilling techniques, movement, and conditioning without the intensity of sparring, allowing students to build a strong foundation. Each session begins with a proper warm-up and conditioning exercises, followed by fundamental striking techniques such as punches, kicks, elbows, and knees. MUAY THAI INTERMEDIATE & ADVANCED CLASS

Our Intermediate class builds upon the fundamentals, incorporating more advanced techniques, combinations, and controlled sparring. This class focuses on refining striking precision, improving power and speed, and introducing clinch work.

Students will engage in drills that mimic real fight scenarios, helping them develop fight IQ and adaptability. Sparring is conducted in a controlled environment, emphasizing technique and strategy rather than brute force.
