FMA FUNDAMENTALS CLASS

Starting a new martial art can be intimidating, which is why our Fundamentals Class is designed to provide a structured, beginner-friendly introduction to FMA. This class focuses on core concepts such as striking, blocking, footwork, and basic weapon handling, all taught in a controlled, safe environment.

Training begins with dynamic warm-ups and conditioning, followed by the fundamentals of stick work (single and double sticks), empty-hand techniques, and basic self-defense applications. Drilling these techniques helps students develop muscle memory and coordination while minimizing the risk of injury. Our approach ensures that students build a solid foundation before advancing to more complex techniques and live drills.

FMA INTERMEDIATE & ADVANCED CLASS

Our Intermediate Class bridges the gap between fundamental and advanced FMA techniques, incorporating more intricate combinations, weapon transitions, and controlled sparring. Students refine their skills through structured drills, partner training, and scenario-based exercises that simulate real-world combat situations.

A key philosophy in FMA is adaptability—students are encouraged to flow between techniques, responding dynamically to an opponent’s movements. In this class, we reinforce the importance of discipline, respect, and continuous learning while fostering a mindset that leaves ego off the training floor.

Whether you're training for self-defense, sport, or personal growth, FMA provides a dynamic and effective martial arts experience that prepares you for any situation.
